Presentation Description:
Let's face it, as with many other professions and areas of work, stress is also present in the healthcare field.
For sonographers, higher patient volumes, short-staff departments and potential repetitive strained injuries, among others, add to our stress level which not only affects us professionally but also in our personal life.
Several tools exist to help us manage our stress levels. One of them is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping.
In this interactive SonoWebinar, you'll learn about EFT from Genoveva Vazquez, EFT practitioner, self-love and wealth coach, who will demonstrate how EFT can be used as a simple yet effective stress-managing tool which can be easily incorporated in the workplace and life.

Presentation description
Feet are the foundation of the body, so it is imperative to ensure they’re not holding you back at work. Each year thousands of work-related injuries are reported, and an increasing number of sick days are taken because of foot and leg problems. Working in a standing position on a regular basis can cause swelling, muscular fatigue, sore feet, back pain, and other health problems. Making an extra effort to take good care of your feet and legs can go a long way toward staying healthy and comfortable. By the end of this presentation, you will understand how to prevent and manage sore feet and other health risks associated with prolonged standing on the job.
